Attending Pinchot represents an investment with an excellent cost benefit ratio for yourself and for the world you want to live in. Estimated Tuition and Fees by Program Costs are per year and do not include books and course-specific fees (estimated at between $50 and $200, depending upon instructor requests), Graduate Exam fees (if applicable), incidental fees, travel and supplies. Tuition costs include cost of administration and materials as well as distance learning support. Costs are subject to change each year. Payment Plan Options

Please note: Pinchot University appreciates payment by check or electronic funds transfer (EFT). A convenience fee of 2.00% will be charged for payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and ATM / debit card. This fee will be added to your total payment and is non-refundable. To pay by credit or debit card, please call (206) 780-6200.

Quarterly Option

This is the customary and default option with full tuition and fees due on or before each quarterly tuition due date. This plan incurs no additional fees.

Monthly Option

To set up a monthly or annual payment plan, students must contact Student Accounts at least one week prior to the tuition due date to request a payment plan. The monthly payment plan must result in the student account being paid in full by to the end of the quarter. A $20 monthly payment plan fee will be charged for each month for the length of the payment plan.

Employer Group Discount

Group discounts are available for three or more students who work for the same employer, from a 5% tuition discount for groups of 3-6 students to a 10% tuition discount for seven or more students from the same employer. This discount is not available to students receiving institutional financial aid.
